TERMS OF USE
Effective date: 4 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and 000 Consult EOOD covering DUSTMILE: The Last Drag Race. By installing or playing the game you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not play the game. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must accept them for you.
YOUR LICENCE TO PLAY
000 Consult EOOD grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own private entertainment. The game is licensed, not sold. All rights not granted here stay with 000 Consult EOOD and its licensors.
WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO
You may not copy, sell, rent, lend or redistribute the game; modify, translate or create derivative works from it; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, or otherwise attempt to derive its source code or asset formats, except to the precise extent that applicable law gives you that right and forbids this restriction; remove or obscure any copyright, trademark or attribution notice; use cheats, automation, memory editors, modified game files or modified save files; interfere with the ads or the purchase system; or use the game to break the law.
Nothing here restricts your rights under the open-source licences listed under CREDITS & LICENCES, which apply to those components on their own terms.
VIRTUAL ITEMS AND IN-GAME CURRENCY
Cars, parts, tyres, crates and in-game money are a licensed feature of the game, not property and not money. They have NO real-world value, cannot be exchanged for cash or anything of value outside the game, and cannot be sold or transferred. Crates are earned by playing or by watching optional videos; they are never sold for real money.
PURCHASES
Everything sold for real money is fixed and shown before you buy: what you get, and the price in your currency as set by the store. Purchases are made with Google Play or the App Store under their terms, and are delivered as soon as the store confirms the payment (a pending payment is delivered when it clears). Cash packs are used up when delivered; the Starter Pack, the Ad-Free Pass and premium cars are permanent unlocks tied to your store account and can be restored with RESTORE PURCHASES.
Because purchases are digital content delivered immediately, you ask for immediate delivery when you buy, and to the extent the law allows you lose any right to withdraw once delivery has begun. This does not affect refund rights the law of your country gives you, nor the refund policies of Apple and Google. Refunds for store purchases are requested from, and decided by, Apple or Google. An item refunded by the store may be removed.
ADVERTISING
The game shows ads supplied by third parties (see the PRIVACY POLICY). 000 Consult EOOD does not endorse advertised products. Rewards from optional videos are given only when the video is completed.
YOUR SAVE, YOUR DEVICE
Progress is stored on your device only. If you delete a save slot, uninstall the game, reset, lose, sell or break your device, or the storage is damaged, your progress is gone and we cannot restore it (permanent unlocks you paid for can always be restored from your store account). We are not liable for lost progress or lost in-game items that follow from any of these.
CHANGES TO THE GAME
We may update, rebalance, add to, remove from, suspend or discontinue any part of the game - including cars, prices in in-game money, race payouts, difficulty and features - at any time. Permanent unlocks you bought remain yours for as long as the game is offered. We may also change these terms; the effective date above will change, and the current text is always the text you see on this screen.
NO WARRANTY
The game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the game is free of defects or that it will run uninterrupted on every device. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you; your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 000 Consult EOOD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost data, lost progress, lost profits or device damage, arising out of or connected with the game. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the game is limited to the amount you actually paid for the game and its in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you paid nothing.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
The game depicts racing on a closed drag strip. Never imitate it on a public road. Take a break every so often, and stop playing if you feel discomfort.
TERMINATION
Your licence ends automatically if you break these terms. You may end it at any time by uninstalling the game. The sections on virtual items, warranty, liability and governing law survive termination.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Bulgaria have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer this does not take away the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there.
APPLE AND GOOGLE
If you installed from the App Store: this agreement is between you and 000 Consult EOOD only, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the game; Apple is not responsible for any warranty (beyond refunding the price, if any, should the game fail to conform), product liability, legal compliance or third-party intellectual property claim concerning the game; you confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on a U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies where these terms are silent. Comparable terms apply to Google for installs from Google Play.
