This policy explains what DUSTMILE: The Last Drag Race ("the game") does with information about you, what the companies whose services the game uses do with it, and the choices you have. It is written for the version of the game you are holding; when a later version changes anything here, this text and its public copy are updated before that version ships.

IN SHORT

  • We, 000 Consult EOOD, do not run accounts and do not collect your name, e-mail address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location.
  • The game sends nothing to any server of ours: we do not run one.
  • Your progress is stored on your device only.
  • The game shows ads from Google AdMob and the ad networks it works with (AppLovin, Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads, Liftoff). They collect some device data to show and measure ads. Where the law requires it, you are asked first, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings > PRIVACY CHOICES.
  • Purchases are handled by Google Play or the App Store. We never see your card or bank details.

DATA KEPT ON YOUR DEVICE

The game saves your three driver profiles (cars, money, tune and wear state, race results, daily jobs, settings) and a small purchase ledger (which items you bought and the store's confirmation code for each, so a purchase is delivered exactly once and can be restored). These files live in the app's private storage and are sealed (encrypted and checked) so they cannot be read or edited by other apps. They never leave your device unless your own device backup copies them.

ADVERTISING (GOOGLE ADMOB)

The game is free to play and is paid for by advertising. You choose to watch most ads yourself: optional videos that pay in-game rewards. Occasionally, between races, a short ad break plays as well: never before your sixth race, at most once every three races and three minutes, never during a race, and never with the AD-FREE PASS.

Ads are supplied by Google AdMob (Google LLC, and Google Ireland Limited for users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland). To choose, show and measure ads, limit how often you see the same ad and prevent fraud, Google's software in the game may collect:

  • your device's advertising identifier (on Android the Advertising ID; on iOS the IDFA, only if you allow tracking when asked);
  • your IP address, from which an approximate location (country, region) can be derived;
  • device and app information: model, operating system, language, screen, app version, and how you interact with the ads you see (views, clicks);
  • crash and performance data from the ads software. How Google uses this information is described at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and in Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy .

AD NETWORKS THAT BID FOR AD SPACE

To fill an ad at the best price, AdMob lets these networks bid for each ad space. The one that wins may receive the same kinds of information listed above (advertising identifier, IP address and approximate location, device and app information, ad interactions) to show, measure and protect its ad:

YOUR CHOICES ABOUT ADS

  • Europe, the UK and Switzerland: before any ad is requested, the game shows Google's consent screen. You can accept, refuse, or choose purpose by purpose. Refusing does not lock any part of the game; you may then see non-personalised or limited ads.
  • United States: where state privacy laws give you the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising, the same screen lets you do that.
  • You can reopen these choices at any time in Settings > PRIVACY CHOICES (shown wherever it applies).
  • iOS: the game asks for permission to track only through Apple's own prompt. If you refuse, your IDFA is never read. You can change this in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
  • Android: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device's settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads, or Google > Ads).
  • The AD-FREE PASS removes every ad break; optional reward videos are then skipped and the reward is given instantly.

PURCHASES

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play (Google LLC) or the App Store (Apple Inc.). The store collects and processes your payment details under its own privacy policy - https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/ . The game receives only a confirmation of what was bought (product, time, order or transaction number and a receipt code), checks that the receipt is genuine, and keeps it in the purchase ledger described above. No purchase information is sent to us.

WHY WE MAY PROCESS DATA (EEA AND UK)

Personalised advertising relies on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in PRIVACY CHOICES. Non-personalised advertising, fraud prevention and ad measurement rely on our legitimate interest in funding a free game. Delivering and restoring purchases is necessary to perform our contract with you.

HOW LONG

Data on your device stays until you delete it (see below). Data collected by Google is kept according to Google's retention policies. We keep any e-mail you send us only as long as needed to answer it and to meet legal obligations.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Google, the ad networks listed above and the app stores may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, or the privacy laws of California and other US states) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your data protection authority. Because we do not hold your data on a server, most requests are best handled in the game (PRIVACY CHOICES, deleting a profile) or with Google directly. For anything else write to support@000gamestudios.com; we answer within 30 days. We do not sell personal information for money.

DELETING YOUR DATA

  • Delete one profile: on the title screen press the small red cross beside a save slot. That slot is erased immediately and cannot be recovered.
  • Delete everything: uninstall the game. This removes all profiles and the purchase ledger from the device. Your purchases themselves stay with your store account and can be restored after reinstalling (RESTORE PURCHASES).
  • Advertising data: reset or delete your advertising identifier as described above, and manage Google's data at https://myaccount.google.com . There is no account to close.

CHILDREN

The game is not directed at children under 13 (or the higher minimum age that applies where you live) and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Ads are limited to content suitable for teenagers and older. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact support@000gamestudios.com and we will help delete it.

SECURITY

Save data and the purchase ledger are sealed in the app's private storage, and all traffic to Google and the app stores is encrypted by their software. No system is perfectly secure; a lost, rooted or jailbroken device is outside our control.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it and the public copy is updated. Material changes are announced in the game.
